Grade C106 copper has high strength while remaining malleable and ductile. It can cold worked as well as heated, and gives good corrosion resistance.

Copper has antibacterial properties that lends itself suitable for use in kitchens for worktops, splashback and sinks, as well as in medical and commercial food environments.

Typical uses for Copper Sheet are:

  • Roofing including standing seam, soldered, guttering, flashings and fascia’s.
  • Decorative panelling, perforated and expanded copper mesh.
  • Splash backs, cooker hoods, countertops and sinks
  • Copper bar tops
  • Exterior cladding and façade.

At Metals Southwest we are able to supply both C101, CW004A and C106, CW024A grade copper sheet. C101, CW004A id 99.9% pure copper, and is known for its high electrical and thermal conductivity and provides high corrosion resistance. C101, CW004A grade copper is available from 0.5mm to 150mm in thickness.

C106, CW024A grade copper is available from 0.1mm to 6mm thickness. C106, CW024A grade copper is a phosphorous de-oxidised copper, and is suitable to for roofing, plumbing, and architectural use.

We can also coat one or both sides of your copper sheet with a removable plastic coating to protect the surfaces of your copper during transit and fabrication.
