Maintaining the security of your data is our priority and we are committed to respecting your privacy at all times so as to maintain the trust and confidence of our visitors.
We do not pass on any personal nor company details (including name, address, phone number, fax number and email address) provided to ourselves in person at our premises, your own premises or through this website, by access through a computer or mobile device, for the purpose of selling, renting or trading email lists with any other companies, businesses or persons for marketing or sales purposes.
We may from time to time send you mailing ‘type’ emails from “Ourselves” by use of MailChimp whose own Privacy Policy can be read on their website. The email will always contain an ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the email where you can remove yourself easily from the list any time of the day or night. The email address we will send information to will only be that of which you supplied to ourselves either in person or through this website.

How We Use Your Data
Where applicable we will use your details provided to supply you with any information you have requested or to fulfil your order from payment through Credit/Debit Card (we do not store your card details after use for the order you have authorised us to process), Bacs or Paypal through to delivery with various courier services applicable to your order size and weight.
The only time we may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
If you are a Credit Account holder we will have written out or emailed you with the details of which we hold in relation to your account. If you would like an additional copy of this letter please email info@metalsw.co.uk whom will send you a copy.
